Withdrawal of unpermitted money form my account - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria

On the 1st October 2020 at @ 2:10 PM some amount of money was deducted from my mother's account. And immediately after deduction somebody call me 07043391855/08163952231and said he is from sportybet office that they notice that there is inlegal withdrawal in the account and they want to rectified it to refund the money and my pin number was required but I reused to give them my pin bcs am not sure if it really sportybet.and until today 2nd October 2020 the money have not been refund. Pls help rectified the account and refund the money pls.... Thanks for your usual cooperation. Waiting for your answer.
