Denies me from login into my Inksnation account saying that my account thus not exist. - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

For the past two weeks now I complained to Inksnation customer care, that am being denied from login into my Inksnation account & I done with verification for long time but now it denies me from login in, please help me out plssss
