Horrendous service - Consumer Complaint for INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICE

I purchased a Lenovo laptop in December of 2019 from The Grove in Pretoria. I kept it in its’ original box until mid January when my IT consultant could set up my computer. 10 days later the power button ceased working. I took the machine in to the store and handed it in for assessment. The repair section took ages and then COVID hit. When the store finally reopened I got the laptop back. The power button failed again and I had to repeat the whole process. After numerous requests, I was finally told that the motherboard had given in on both occasions. Finally, after a significant amount of time, in the beginning of July 2020, I was given a new Lenovo laptop, which the manager organised with Lenovo. 5 months later the power button again refused to
come on (same symptom). I handed it in on 13 December 2020 and have heard nothing since. It is now 25 January 2021. To make things worse, The Grove store has moved and has not reopened yet. Please help!!!
