I purchased a JBL boombox on a lay buy option. Paid every month and wanted to collect it today. No stock and discontinued is what they said.
So after paying for 3 months. Incredible connection wants me to take a refund with which I'm not happy with.
How can Incredible connection sell something that they do not have.
I'm going to get some legal advice as I think it is against the credit act.
The branch Manager didn't even get out of his office.
