Burnt chicken - Consumer Complaint for CHICKEN LICKEN

My husband bought 9 pieces,chicken was burnt as always and the sad part of it was when I phoned to complain since we leaving at mamelodi west and the store is east i tried to phonebut the phone rang till it was on v|mail.Its not like it first time this is happening the chicken is always over fried of burnt.I have the receipt aswell if its needed.
