Dishonest Company - Consumer Complaint for GIGM.com God Is Good Motors- GIG Motors



This company has the worse courier service,my customer has told me I'll receive this parcel for weeks now (like middle of March) and you won't bliv I've still not gotten it making my customer feel disappointed and making it seem like I'm lying...my parcel has supposedly been with this company since on the 2nd of April(cos that's what they told me and I chose to give Dem the benefit of doubt) and I've been calling their customer service since,at times they pick and tell me funny stories like my parcel is with a dispatch rider and that my report is being taken to a team....how can my parcel be with a dispatch rider since on the 3rd(since they said it cudnt leave on the 2nd as it arrived to their office that day) and today is 6th and my parcel still hasn't reached me?....what is going on,this is bad for business..please let them deliver my parcel so I never have to deal with this incompetence again....they spoke about waybill tracking on their site and can't even give me the exact location of my parcel, they can't give details on the whereabouts of goods received from customers...I'm so disappointed and so certain I won't be a customer to this liar of a company.
