Bad customer service - Consumer Complaint for GERMISTON HUB POST OFFICE

I have a parcel from Netherland which i ordered almost 4 months ago. It only took a week for the parcel to get to South Africa. Since then my parcel has been held in the customs. So i have been trying to call jimc and no reply. Finally they told me they sent my parcel to Germiston hub along time ago. So recently my parcel cannot be found when trying to track it.i phoned my local post office amd they told me there is no parcel with such a tracking number from parcels they have received. Its frustrating because i can no longer trace it..im getting frustrated because none of the SAPO are taking us serious. There is no call answering at Germiston hub.
