I bought a laptop at Incredible connections on the 17-08-2020. After a few months of using the laptop, the screen cracked and I hurriedly returned it for repairs. In arriving the store i was utterly ignored as if they dont see me. After some time the technician showed up and I explained the problem. In reply he told me that the screen has no warranty, and that they will charge me a certain amount of which they themselves aren't sure of. I traveled long distance to arrive at the mall and I'm a 2nd year student. Why don't they inform u when u buy a laptop that screens don't have warranty? What do I do? I'm so broken. I'm studying via Online and dependant on this laptop. Please please help.
