incompetence staff - Consumer Complaint for David's Salon - Head Office

Your robinsons manila davids office was so unprofessional, been there to have my haircut from the preferred stylist of.my choice however he will be available by 2pm so i have to wait for 3 hrs roaming around the mall then i received a call that the stylist was there ao i rush back to the saloon to.my dismay they accommodated a client before me why? Because she seems to have more money??? We have to exercise professionalism with our clients.... All thumbs down i have your service and how i was treated
