Package delivered at a completely different address - Consumer Complaint for DHL (Mauritius) Ltd

I sent a suit and shirts and the contact lenses for my son to USA. he was supposed to have his graduation today and wear those. The package was delivered one week before. But a completely different address. When my son and school asked to recover the package and have it sent to him they have kept on saying it is being investigated. They showed a picture where it was dropped at a door step and we were told in a part of the town which is not the best. I also kept calling from Mauritius and I had to wait several times for long periods on a fixed line. They told me an advisor manager would call me back. He never did. Today my son has graduation. He does not have a suit to wear. Nor his contact lenses to see. And no one has informed me what happened. And all these days went by they still did not recover any package.
