Delay in payment - Consumer Complaint for Premierbet Zambia

On 17th November 2020 i made two withdrawals from premier betting first was k400 and second k700 expect to receive the money into my mobile money account but upto this time no reflection of money and they only agents they keep on telling me that our technical working it and i will receive your as soon as possible. Now it's 6days no reflection of money in my mobile money account has not been credited.
