Too much late for delivery - Consumer Complaint for Merex Forwarders

Its been almost 3months since my cousin sent those boxes until now they don't deliver it. the box has arrived in Sucat Parañaque last March 25.I tried to call them multiple times but no one answer my calls. My anxiety attact me everytime.
