Ordered myself a trimmer online, took 3 days for the parcel to ship but apparently got lost ,after 2 days of non stop calls they managed to acknowledge my parcel is lost and will be replaced....
3 weeks later and still not couriered, always a next excuse and next promise that the parcel will be send the following day.
