In May 2020, Owner U Myint Maung layer me off, and none of the points in the contract, nor the stipulated terms by labour Law were respected.
From the start, Owner intently did not register my contract with local labour office.
Never did Owner want to pay the SSB, using the excuse for both points that for expat it is not needed.
Owner did only pay income tax till March 2020, though I received salary till May 2020.
Never was there a grave error in my profession as GM for their property done. There was no previous warning if ever I made a heavy error, on the contrary, I received big appreciation for the efforts done.
No termination letter was registered sent or handed over.
In April 2020, Owner did 50% salary cut without my consent, nor additional amendment to the LOI employment.
In May 2020, Owner did salary cut of 75% again without discussion and no addendum to the contract.
The soft benefits as per contract were also suspended since. March 2020.
Termination period was not respected so I was put on the street with my wife and 8 months daughter!
Reverence and termination period were not paid.
As per contract Owner should pay return tickets for me and the registered dependants, as well as the relocation. However all was refused.
As per contract, Owner should pay repatriation during global pandemic, however also this in End of March was refused.
