No working aircondition with long queues - Consumer Complaint for Shoprite Boitekong

I waited 1 hr just to get to the till and finally called the store to let them know during this covid is not ideal to have lot of people in the shop that does not even have a proper ventilation. 1 hr wait because of the promotion is not on since not everyone wants the card.
