This morning on the 22Dec 2020, I went to your terminal at stadium road portharcourt,to pay for a vehicle to Iyana apaja Lagos.i had 12000 on me but fare was 13800, I tried pos it kept declining but I was trying to get cash but to no avail.but at the very niche of time I got 2k for somewhere but the customer service right before me sold out my seat to a passenger that just arrived.leaving me stranded not minding that I got there since 5am.

I am demanding a redress of this wickedness from this female staff of GIGM istadium road terminal portharcourt that metted out wickedness to me.

This staff made me lose my bus and later was proving right not remorseful at all could not even apologize.


I left portharcourt by 8.30am to Lagos.Joining another route in a bus that almost aborted my pregnancy.

GIGM I believe is flourishing on the good service created by the owners.

I tell you if you don't address issues like this, in the next future ,some of this wicked staff of yours will ruin your service quality and thereby reduce passengers patronage.

This maltreatment should be addressed.

I WAS MALTREATED, EMBARRASSED AND THEY CAUSED TEARS TO RAIN DOWN MY EYES TO MY FACE AND CHEEKS
