Your customer ticketing staff sold out my seat to a passenger who just got to the terminal stadium road pH today 22 Dec 2020.


This is very unacceptable by me and she saw no reason to apologize whatever.

I was embarrassed, disappointed and later asked to join a dilapidated bus going to another destination other than mine yet I paid 12700,


I demand an apology from this staff who seemed not to regret her action whatsoever.

I was at the terminal since 5.00am but left by 8:30am.

This lady needs to be restrained cos she's one of those that may likely bring down your business.

Right now LIBRA MOTOR, YOUR CLOSE COMPETITION WILL SOON TAKE COS ITS LIKE CUSTOMER IS NOW OVERWHELMING HENCE THE ILL AND SHABBY TREATMENT METTED OUT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS
