Activate my account. - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

I have open my account with a user name. UNYAGHIORAKPEN.
AND PAID TO ACCESS BANK.
And have sent the payment details to the the WhatsApp provided accordingly and there is no response from the admin and as Well I can not access my account please me out.

I have same issue of activation since September with the username DONANSABO and till now my account has not been activated
