Unable to login - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

Since my registration I have not been able to login I registered with the email uzaemm***@gmail.com
Since September and I have not been able to login
Whenever I try login in the always say "email or password not registered" and I was successfully registered I also have my pink card

I was given a temporary password the last time
Now I tried logging in it say
Email or password does not exist

I have not been able to login to my account ever since I registered for the inksnation account and I have my card with me but it kept telling me that my email or password does not exist

I have not been able to login into my account ever since I registered it kept telling me that my email or password is incorrect and I did the registration successfully since October

I have been able to login to my account but it kept on telling me that my email or password doesn't exist and I register since October
