Bad treatment to staff - Consumer Complaint for Wimpy (aliwal North)

I now feel uncomfortable dining at the Florida junction Wimpy due to the fact that the manager does not show respect to her stuff members even in front of us customers. She shouts at them and it causes them to offer a bad service to the customers as their confidence is already broken. I don't blame the stuff but I blame the manager because it's not the first time I've witnessed this. Please consider this matter.
