Very bad Perm - Consumer Complaint for Rock Paper Scissors Hair Design

I went to the salon on 5 January 2018 to have the stylist having a look at my hair in order to have a perm done. Once stylist was happy I decided to ask to have it done at the time as I was leaving on holiday the following Tuesday. After the procedure was done, I couldn't see a curl just badly damaged ends ..the stylist assured me once dry it will look good. I was left without a single curl (supposed to be a perm) just severely burnt hair which I had to cut very very short. I
contacted the stylist in order to get name and contact details of the owner without any success. 3 working days ago she promised that she will come back to me when I contacted her today again she told me that she did discuss the matter with the owner but still waiting on them to come back to me. I have never seen customer service like this before.
