Withdrawal Blocked - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria

For about 5 Months ,Sporty Bet has Blocked my account and I have submitted the necessary documents for them and yet they are not opening the account whereas my money is stuck in there, I have been trying to reach out to them via calls but they are not picking my calls.
