Waiting for long - Consumer Complaint for The Aga Khan Hospital Mombasa

I would like to bring to your attention that services offered at the mombasa branch take too long. I had to spend my enire day just to be checked on an infection.I wonder if it were a serious disease how long it would have taken. just a normal abdonominal ultra sound took me 3 and a half hours. this is pathetic and absurd. we pay alot of money to get good services not to come and kept waiting.this has been going for years and nothing has changed. its even far much better to go to small hospitals where you get quick cheap and good services. You luck number of staffs. I can imagine 1 staff has to type reports for the entire radiology department (xray ultra soun ct scan etc) full of patients.Where does the huge chunk of money we pay for the bills go if you cant hire enough staffs.
