All I want for Christmas is an internet connection.

Me and my girlfriend have been trying to get internet installed for the past seven weeks!

It has been a road of broken promises and poor communication.

We took time off of our job two times only to have a guy showed up telling us he couldn't do the job he was supposed to do, followed by promises that weren't kept.

Normally I don't do this kind of thing, but after seven weeks of nothing but excuses - we don't know what to do to become a BTC customer.

I hope your internet connection is faster and more reliable than your customer service.

You're supposed to be part of the solution, not part of the problem.

Can someone professional please help us sort us out?
