I never got my order - Consumer Complaint for Oriental Group SARL AU

It's been 2 and a half months since I placed my order in this company for an amount of 4750 cad with Mr Lachgar Anouar and since the end of September he has not stopped making me go in circles. He tells me that my goods are on their way on a boat, but that the carrier has not given him the documents. Now that I insist on documents, he no longer answers the phone. This is the kind of company that Oriental group sarl is. To me it is clear that this company is unreliable. If you order don't expect delivery !! I strongly advise against it !!
