My package was being dropped in Bulacan to be delivered in Zambales and after 8 days my package is still in Olongapo, No wonder you have lots of complaints so disappointed with your service.

this as a complaint for the company's service. my oarcel has been on Hangar On-Hold for 5 days as per tyoing and only God knowd untel when will this madness lasts.

i tried calling manila twice and zamboanga contact branch. every time different person answered my questions with different answers. what the F*** EVERYBODY Is INCOMPETENT! i just wanna know what the f** is wrong with the Hold status and its taking too long! as per typing(12/11/19) and the expected delivery time is on (12/11/19).

2GO has a very very Poor service NEGATIVE! not recommendable especially for important things.

September 18 I got a text message from 2go express that my passport is ready for pickup up
By September 19 morning I called 2go tuguegarao para maverify na hawak nga nila ang aking passport
Sabi sakin I text ko daw pangalan and address pati passport number ko bunigay ko
Then I waited till noon pero wala silang reply I start calling them pero di na nila sinasagot phone call ko until 3pm out of coverage na ang phone nila so nag decide ako pamanila na ako,this my case
Sa ds 160 mailing address ko ay 2go tuguegarao
Sa 221(g) case ko
Mailing address ko ay 2go sm Manila, Friday September 20 nasa Manila ako since hindi maasahan ang 2go tuguegarao
Nagdeside akong pa manila hoping that my passport are there
Pag dating ko sa sm Manila they told me na ang passport ko ay nasa 2go tuguegarao
My flight is September 22 2019
12:40 pm
Pero friday ala pa sakin ang passport ko
Nasa Manila ako
So I run to the airport to buy my ticket back to tuguegarao
Please take action about this case it’s too much
I hope naka tanggap ako ng good news about this case

This company needs to stop and for better just close it up. They have a very unprofessional delivery guy who threatens customers and very very arrogant. Hope the police or other government agency check their office they seemed to be on drugs or something.
