this as a complaint for the company's service. my oarcel has been on Hangar On-Hold for 5 days as per tyoing and only God knowd untel when will this madness lasts.
i tried calling manila twice and zamboanga contact branch. every time different person answered my questions with different answers. what the F*** EVERYBODY Is INCOMPETENT! i just wanna know what the f** is wrong with the Hold status and its taking too long! as per typing(12/11/19) and the expected delivery time is on (12/11/19).
2GO has a very very Poor service NEGATIVE! not recommendable especially for important things.
