Cash Crusaders - Head Office Complaints

Cash crusaders campus square , nd me home without helping me. I had a 5G cpe router to sell or pawn. After i made arrangement via whatsapp with cash crusaders, i took uber taxi to get there. Asked the driver to wait cause i need to get money first to pay him. The buying dept person (who i spoke to via whatsapp, did not whant to except the copy of my id. So i asked the uber driver to help ne with his id . They refused. Then suddenly they wanted the reciept of the item which i did not have. I even phoned my husband to talk to them. They still refused. U promised them on my kids lifes thati will collect it the following day. Still they refused the item was not stolen or on contract. I needed the money for my twin brothers funeral. Now i cannot go. I was i loyal customer of cash crusaders for many years.

I hand in my cellphone on 18/3/2021 for repairs on screen at Goodwood store I paid the R230 they're ask me and also did accepted the quote of R450 now this is two months later with a lot of stories and lies about my phone two weeks back I was again in store Khaya promise me will be back the phone the Friday afternoon he called me the Saturday and tell me they did delivered a wrong phone but promised me will sort out this week past now was Thursday in store again and he followed up it is ready and will be collecting by The manager on Friday afternoon this morning I received a SMS phone not at store and is still not ready yet now I don't understand this at all I need a new phone or they must refund me please call me back I had enough of this lies

I know of several other stolen goods currently in that store and i will go public
Please do check camera footage coz it was sold under a girls id and it was a guy who sold it he paid the employee R50 to do the transaction

I had aproblem with my first Doogee phone that I bought at maponya mall,and it was sent for repairs and it got back saying there no parts at where they service the phone and the offers me another phone same to the one that I was using,and I wasn't given an option to choose from the phone they gave me they have reserved the factory settings leading me to think the phone was being used,after they gave me the phone,they refused to give me a new slip saying if I have a problem I can use the priviouse slip,and now the phone I was given without geving me phone at that range to chose from now I left the phone at the charger befour I went to sleep when I woke up the phone hasn't charger and it's not switching on,living me to take it back to the store,now they have to send it for repair and I'm currently not having a phone to work with,so I just need my money I'm tired of loosing information and not being able to work because of the same situation

The person behind the counter Frans received R50 from the guy to buy the hard drive using his ex girlfriends id and she was not there during transaction. You welcome to look at camera footage in store they said police must do that. I will take this further and make it public. I will add the image of the serial number to follow up. I know of several other stolen goods in that store sold by the same guy received by the same Frans employee...

Your branch in Upington opens very late we stand more than 40 minutes outside and no on come to explain why they do not open on time. The staff is very unproffesional because when we nock at the door the telling us that they unload a truck and will open shortly because they are almost done. Still no one is in the front and no one comes to explain.
