I had aproblem with my first Doogee phone that I bought at maponya mall,and it was sent for repairs and it got back saying there no parts at where they service the phone and the offers me another phone same to the one that I was using,and I wasn't given an option to choose from the phone they gave me they have reserved the factory settings leading me to think the phone was being used,after they gave me the phone,they refused to give me a new slip saying if I have a problem I can use the priviouse slip,and now the phone I was given without geving me phone at that range to chose from now I left the phone at the charger befour I went to sleep when I woke up the phone hasn't charger and it's not switching on,living me to take it back to the store,now they have to send it for repair and I'm currently not having a phone to work with,so I just need my money I'm tired of loosing information and not being able to work because of the same situation
