Chartis Life - No Documentation - FRUSTRATION!!!
Although the policy I have with Chartis Life has been running for many years, I have yet to receive any actual documentation or even a follow-up call/mail regarding the policy & my satisfaction with it. This has been going on for so long that I don't even know what the policy covers anymore!
The debit order for my monthly contributions goes off faithfully every month, but I have no idea what my hard-earned cash is buying me. I even tried cancelling the debit order, but this didn't work either.
If anyone has any reliable contacts within the organisation, I'd really appreciate you sharing the info here?

Deduction of cancelled policies
I Cancelled CHARTISLIF017700000049182382 and CHARTISLIF009240000087942382 more than a year ago and it stop to deduct. This month it suddenly start to deduct again. Please refund me.

I have not recieve any response from Chartis life.
This month they deducted again for the cancelled policie. Is my next step the Ombud. I am waiting for my refund.
