Although the policy I have with Chartis Life has been running for many years, I have yet to receive any actual documentation or even a follow-up call/mail regarding the policy & my satisfaction with it. This has been going on for so long that I don't even know what the policy covers anymore!
The debit order for my monthly contributions goes off faithfully every month, but I have no idea what my hard-earned cash is buying me. I even tried cancelling the debit order, but this didn't work either.
If anyone has any reliable contacts within the organisation, I'd really appreciate you sharing the info here?
