Deduction of cancelled policies - Consumer Complaint for Chartis Life South Africa

Chartis Life South AfricaI Cancelled CHARTISLIF017700000049182382 and CHARTISLIF009240000087942382 more than a year ago and it stop to deduct. This month it suddenly start to deduct again. Please refund me.

Comment I have not recieve any response from Chartis life.
This month they deducted again for the cancelled policie. Is my next step the Ombud. I am waiting for my refund.
