The manager phone me just right now and i just want you yo aware of their service and how the management run their restaurant i love chowking thats why i cant move on my heart coz of what they did to me last friday.i want you guys pls do an action with this.giving my order almost 1 hour and my second order is ready and i cancelled everything for the such a moron service.

Gusto ko lang ireport ang kagaspangan ng ugali ng mga crew ng chowking sm baliuag specially si GIRL AT TINE. Pag redeemers ng sharetreats mga nakasimangot jusko naman kung may problema kayo sa sharetreats kayo ang kumalas sa sharetreats bakit kaming mga ng aavail ng sharetreats ang pinag iinitan ng mga crew nyo? Akala yata nanghihingi lang kami ng foods sainyo. Ayusin nyo naman,ano pag cash payment lang okay ang treatment pag redeemers pulubi nalang sainyo?
ni wala silang binigay na resibo bakit? iwas report?

My order was cancelled due to my number is unreachable and they don't give a refund as my order was allegedly already prepared and sent out. Like come on!! Before they prepare the order, the branch usually contacts the customer and if the customer did not answer, they won't proceed in preparing them. How would I know? After I realized that I put an inactive phone number, I immediately re-order with my active number, they were able to contact me and confirm the order before they prepare them.

I ordered @11:35a today April 8, 2021. 1 Lumpiang Shanghai Rice Meal 1 Milk tea. They gave me the complete order @ 11:52a.
( Nauna pa binigay ung order ng 3 customer na nahuli nman sila dumating kaysa sakin) 17mns bago naibigay. Sinabi ko po ung concern ko sa isa sa mga crew.
Location: Brgy Central near PH heart center.Palagi pa nman ako nag oorder sakanila. Paki ayos po ang service. Thank you.

We jump in to Chowking SM Pampanga, Ground Floor beside Contis cake store. We ordered a dozen of siomai and wanton noodles. We are given 2 small saucer of chili sauce. Afterwards, we ask for additional chili sauce and i myself directly went to cashier to ask for it and the cashier ask to me to pay 5.00 pesos. Just want to verify if it was necessary to pay knowingly we ordered a dozen of siomai?

Secondly, in my years eating with you Chowking this is the only store that i was asked to pay for an extra chili sauce. How annoying!

Thirdly, prior going to cashier its been 2 to 3mins that occasionally we are raising our hands to get the attention of the crew to ask for the said sauce. That is why i decide to go directly to cashier and ask for chili.

Also, Crew or employees are not approachable. They are tardy! The ambiance is not good, and if im going to give a rating to this Chowking Store i will give a negative zero (0) for them.

LASTLY, ON OUR STAY THERE I HAVENT SEEN EVEN ONE (1) MANAGER. NO MANAGER IS AROUND. IF THERE IS, I THINK THIS WILL BE NOT PUT INTO A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
