Poor Customer Service - Consumer Complaint for Chowking - Head Office

We jump in to Chowking SM Pampanga, Ground Floor beside Contis cake store. We ordered a dozen of siomai and wanton noodles. We are given 2 small saucer of chili sauce. Afterwards, we ask for additional chili sauce and i myself directly went to cashier to ask for it and the cashier ask to me to pay 5.00 pesos. Just want to verify if it was necessary to pay knowingly we ordered a dozen of siomai?

Secondly, in my years eating with you Chowking this is the only store that i was asked to pay for an extra chili sauce. How annoying!

Thirdly, prior going to cashier its been 2 to 3mins that occasionally we are raising our hands to get the attention of the crew to ask for the said sauce. That is why i decide to go directly to cashier and ask for chili.

Also, Crew or employees are not approachable. They are tardy! The ambiance is not good, and if im going to give a rating to this Chowking Store i will give a negative zero (0) for them.

LASTLY, ON OUR STAY THERE I HAVENT SEEN EVEN ONE (1) MANAGER. NO MANAGER IS AROUND. IF THERE IS, I THINK THIS WILL BE NOT PUT INTO A FORMAL COMPLAINT.
