DPEX WORLDWIDE EXPRESS Complaints

Once too one of my shein orders got refunded as the courier failed to deliver it even after it arrived in my country , and my current order is with them and is not delivered too. They don't answer the phone nor reply to emails so there is no way of contacting. I'm dissapointed

I have made an order online that was meant to be delivered by DPEX months ago, there is no way that I can call them as their phones do not ring at all and nobody respond back via email. I am disgusted by their customer service!

My parcel was in transit since August I tracked it in Johannesburg till today I haven't recieved it ,I tried contacting them but the contact details on the web dont seem to be working I have tried texting in their review platforms but still no responses

I didn't receive my parcel tracking number 500917148944 when I check it it's out of delivered and when I call the office they told me they didn't receive it
