Dince august my parcel tracked in transit but till this point nothing recieved - Consumer Complaint for DPEX WORLDWIDE EXPRESS

My parcel was in transit since August I tracked it in Johannesburg till today I haven't recieved it ,I tried contacting them but the contact details on the web dont seem to be working I have tried texting in their review platforms but still no responses
