Waiting for delivery for over 3 months - Consumer Complaint for DPEX WORLDWIDE EXPRESS

I have made an order online that was meant to be delivered by DPEX months ago, there is no way that I can call them as their phones do not ring at all and nobody respond back via email. I am disgusted by their customer service!
