DSV JOHANNESBURG - HEAD OFFICE Complaints

My parcel from Bethlehem arrived in East London on 19/04/2021, as indicated on the tracking page. Today is 29/04/2021. The parcel has been at Mounties East London for 10 days and has still not been delivered. According to a person called Samson, they do not deliver to Dorchester Heights every day. Ha ha ha. It seems that they do not deliver every 10 days either. Shame on DSV for poor services. They never answer the phone, I have been phoning for days, so the question is: Is anybody working whatsoever. Eventually Thabo from Bethlehem got hold of them and perhaps miracles will happen today. A lot of BS stories are told to clients but the fact is that I have sent numerous parcel to the same delivery address and should have an idea of the time it takes to get a parcel from one point to another.

I ordered a parcel from Makro & DSV sent me an sms 30 Nov to say the parcel would be delivered within 1-3 days, it’s the 16th Dec today and I’ve since not received any news about it. I called them last week and was given a BS story about too many parcels & since then they have since disappeared! ABSOLUTELY SHIT SERVICE! I’m never ever using them again, Makro should look into this because they are getting a bad name!
