Applied for a loan at finsap of about R10,000.00 and they asked me a fee of R930.00 upfront,now hearing people complaining I m afraid I won't get my loan and even the refund
please help.I m so desperate for cash.

Comment I applied and was approved for R10000 they asked for insurance fee of R930 money was paid into the bank account they gave and was advised that payout will be in 2hours still nothing happened my emails and WhatsApp's are not being answered just keep on hearing the admin will contact you I would just that everyone should stay away from this company all I want is money back I will as desperate for a loan but now the scammed my last money

I applied for a loan by Finsap. Was approved and all docs was in order. I had to pay R930 for contract. After I made the payment. They were just not available. I phoned no answer. I emailed-no reply, I whatsapp - no reply. It was my last money and I have 4 kids. I really needed a loan. I just want my R930 back if you can help me in this regard.

HI, I applied for a loan with Finsap and they approved it for R15 000,00 they then requested a legal fee of R1 930.00 and they was paid, they then requested an additional amount of Loan Insurance Cover Fees: R2,763.00, when i questioned this that's when emails were not replied to and calls not being answered.I even requested for the R1930.00 to be sent back to me as I had to use that money for my daughters graduation but even that email fell on deaf ears as well. To date no one is answering the phone or emails and I noticed that there is more complaints on Hello Peter about Finsap and I mentioned that I will do anything to make sure my concern is heard and adhered to.

Message: No Transparency. No fee structure and all payments done to individuals bank accounts. Every single time as you think now all is paid and your loan is done and will be transferred to your account they asked another fee even if being asked and got on writing that no more fees is applicable. Now they won't even pay back all the money I already paid them without paying another fee. When asked for contract and proof of insurance no answer. Very unprofessional and really misleading.
And they are not registered at MFSA
