Scamming people - Consumer Complaint for Finsap Loans Ltd

I applied for a loan by Finsap. Was approved and all docs was in order. I had to pay R930 for contract. After I made the payment. They were just not available. I phoned no answer. I emailed-no reply, I whatsapp - no reply. It was my last money and I have 4 kids. I really needed a loan. I just want my R930 back if you can help me in this regard.
