Liars and Con artists - Consumer Complaint for Finsap Loans Ltd

HI, I applied for a loan with Finsap and they approved it for R15 000,00 they then requested a legal fee of R1 930.00 and they was paid, they then requested an additional amount of Loan Insurance Cover Fees: R2,763.00, when i questioned this that's when emails were not replied to and calls not being answered.I even requested for the R1930.00 to be sent back to me as I had to use that money for my daughters graduation but even that email fell on deaf ears as well. To date no one is answering the phone or emails and I noticed that there is more complaints on Hello Peter about Finsap and I mentioned that I will do anything to make sure my concern is heard and adhered to.
