Around 10:42 pm we missed the text of the rider and just notice it about 8mins ago so I ran outside but he was gone. Been calling him and answered only at our 5th try and he said different reasons in every call. He's already home and will just send it thru gcash. Has another delivery and will send it on gcash. He refuse to deliver it but insist on transferring the money via gcash.note that it was paid via cc.

Isa po akong food panda rider mahigit isang taong narin po akong maayos na nag sisilbi sa food panda.ngayon po ay wala na po akong makuha na sched/shift,dahil sa auto break ay bumababa ang batch ko,dati nasa batch 1&2 lang ako ng wala pang auto break at undispatch (kahit nasa merchant na ako ebraek ako ng 30 minutes)dahil sa ganyan systema di na ako maka biyahe,hindi na makakuha ng sched/shift,dahil di makabiyahe lalong ibinababa ang batch ko,.Di ko po alam kung ano talaga ang dahilan bakit po ganito na ang systema? Sana naman po magawan nyo ng paraan na makapag hanap buhay na po ulit ako.marami rin po mga kapwa ko food panda delivery na nasa ganitong sitwasyon..sana po matulungan nyo rin po kami.

Hi foodpanda!I want to file a complaint about your delivery riders assigned here in Antipolo City, Rizal, PH.Your riders are very rude and disrespectful. It happened to me twice, in two different riders. They were shouting at me on phone and in person for making them wait for less than 2mins. I am always leaving a note beforehand that the subdivision that I'm in can't let them in even if its a food delivery. So I have to walk for a while and pick it up at the gate of subdivision but it keeps happening to me that your riders are shouting at me for making them wait for a goddamn 2 fucking minutes. Please do a proper action regarding that. Thanks!

Gusto ko lang mag file ng complain masyado na atang lumalaki ang ulo ng mga rider nyo! Yes we know hindi basta basta ang pagiging rider pero sana be considerate lalo na sa lugar na pagdedeliveran nyo. Today, sept. 29 nagpadeliver ako thru foodpanda i was late abou 10-15 mins but i explain kasi sa airport ang pagdedeliveran nya. Ang hindi po basta basta ang paglalakad around the area. Nag explain ako na hindi ako pinaglakad and i said "pasensya na po, paantay lang, hindi po ako pinag-lakad need ko po mag shuttle" fast forward, nakarating ako sa kanya, then i gave 750 and ang bill ko 724 ibinalik nya sakin ung 50 saying na " okay na yan "EFFORT!" And again nag explain ako, " hindi po basta basta ang paglalakad sa airport" then he shouted, " sa susunod wag nyo nang pag-antayin ang rider!" And he texted me pa. Now, Iwant to file a complain pero d ko alam kung asaan. Very rude ng rider nyo! I posted also his number hoping this will not happen again to any of yoyr customer! So dissappointed!!

Last jan 16,2020 @ 13:26 I ordered from DOMING’NGOHIONG unawarely i paid it thru my credit card but the rider was not honest to inform me that it was a paid transaction he still accepts the 175pesos cash that i paid him. I realized that i paid thru credit card when I recieved bill from the bank. I want a refund for my over payment. Thank you
