I order food from mcdonalds through food panda app. The order number is s7ru-m8c dated april 10. I have specified instructions to contact the number i have given to them once they are near as i am ordering from singapore frommy family. No call or text has been done or sent. Then as i check the app, the order has been cancelled and not offering any refund.

I have instructed this morning the driver to indicate the name of Teekay Offshore Business Process Services Philippines, Inc. in the receipts but he did not follow the instruction. The order number 1310 in Kenny Rogers Roaster Lipa City. He told me that he will go back to Kenny Rogers but he did not do it.I have to submit the correct receipts to our company. For urgent assistance please.

Case was opened on March 1, I asked why is my 5 free deliveries are already used. Agent response, all 5 was already consumed (Duh???!) pointing what is already obvious but agent did not cite what are my orders that used the free deliveries for my panda pro. I then pointed, the days I know the free deliveries, which has 4 dates, asking them what day I missed, so I am asking a breakdown. They then replied, I am sorry but all the 5 are already consumed... I am tired of explaining this same scenario, they reply fast BUT DOES NOT go deep and undestand my issue... THEN I SENT screenshots of my orders from history, then they gave dates that include my order on march 4 from pizza hut(pizza hut has free delivery that day, so they covered the free delivery on that day, again March 4) I started my complaint March 1, agents are already saying that I have used my 5 free deliveries...And pizza hut offers free delivery and that day I have a status of all used 5 free deliveries... these indians on food panda CSRs DOES NOT CARRY logic and Comprehensions. Through out our conversation, everytime I send them facts to my knowledge, they reply the same exact message, stirring up situation. Please RETRAIN people from your email customer service to be equipes with COMPREHENSION and knowledge

I didnt received this order but then payment was deducted from my account. Driver name is Jefferson and hes so rude and didnt deliver my food since he said hes afraid to leave his motorcycle outside to get in my street which is clearly pinned on the app. his contact number is (0918) 337 3080. I wont complain like this unless I got the service I deserve. You see my records are pretty clean since been using this app for long time now and this is how you guys will repay me for my loyalty. Again I need refund since I DIDNT RECEIVED MY FOOD LAST NIGHT AND WASTED MONEY FOR NOTHING. See the picture below

Hi last few days ago nag order kami ng workmates ko and gusto ko lang ireklamo itong rider na naghatid ng order namin ng dahil lang hindi namin kaagad nasagot ang tawag niya dahil sa sobrang dami ng mga clients namin that time biglang pagkadating ng rider sa office namin kung ano ano ang mga pinagsasabi ng dhil lng hindi namin kaagad nasagot yung tawag niya tama ba yun ang salubung nya sa aming mga customers nya is inis dahil daw hindi nasagot kaagad tawag niya that's only for a few minutes only na hindi nasagot! I ordered my food to Mcdonalds thru Foodpanda. I've waited for how many munites preparing my order. It says that my order is already handled by the rider, but after a few minutes it says that my order was delivered but no one message me that he is in my location, i check it outside but no Foodpanda appear. Then I contact the HelpCenter, they say that the rider accidentally click the delivered, then they asked me to wait for 10-15 minutes to deliver my order. After 15minutes no food arrive, then I message again the Help Center, they told me that the rider delivered my food to the wrong address, so they ask me if I wanted to re'order and wait for 30-45 minutes, supposed to be thats my dinner, I chose to order thru foodpanda since I cannot go out and less hassle for me. I paid it thru BDO debit card and it is already deducted to my account. Again I've waited for 45minutes but no call or no update from the agents, i message them again and ask for an update, while checking he said that my re'order did not process, so he asked me if I want to re'order again and wait for 30-45 minutes, or refund for 14days.After 2 hours no resolution from them, I am very hungry so I ordered again and I pay it cash. Now how can I know the details of the rider and who can I contact regarding my refund? What a big dissapointed! It wasted my time and I loss my appetite waiting to nothing! Please do have your contact where your customer can talk to an agent not automated response. I know its a small amount, but wasting my time waiting my order to eat is very hassle for my part. Not my mistake but I am the one who need to adjust? Please do an action regarding this, not only for my sake but also for the sake of other customers, your employees and your company. Thank you.

Last Feb 13, i redeemed a food panda voucher amounting to 1000.00 from my Sodexo Application, it was deducted from my account and i was given the voucher code, but when its time for me to use the voucher it seems that the voucher does not exist. I contacted food panda regarding the issue, and all they can say is that the voucher was used in a supermarket in Magsasay somewhere in Manila. Take note that im from Zamboanga City, mindanao. No further investigation was made from their end,it only shows that the transactions with them are not secured. 1000 is a big amount, and they are just going to tell me that i hope to enjoy my service to them next time. What i need is a refund of my 1000 peso and further investigation regarding this matter..

I ordered a cake at red ribbon salitran then I pin a wrong location but the rider call me and he was kind enough at first to pursue with the delivery despite the wrong pin but unfortunately my co lost signal because of poor condition hence I wasn not able to see his MSG's and in my food panda accnt it's my husbands number who instructed the rider to call me, when I asked if it was delivered the rider got furious and " fuck u" uttered this. He was calling me but cannot be reached or maybe my husbands number but was not able to answer his call because he was attending a meeting. Then I asked how about my payment he answered "magpakita Ka atbabayan ko triple pa binayad mo"

You have to either refund this or give me my food, or I will escalate this complaint to the authorities. This is not only an inconvenience, but a very bad business practice since you are disregarding my right as a consumer who fairly PAID for products and service that was not delivered to me as promised.

As I have mentioned to your agents in the app and on Facebook, this was NOT my fault. I was looking at my phone waiting for my orders to arrive. It says the rider is on his way, then changed to "arriving". This was when I refreshed the app and clicked on the messages button, and I saw that the rider has sent me messages that he was already downstairs. So i replied that I will go down.

When I went down, the security guard told me that the rider just left. Then I looked at my messages and saw that my order has already been canceled, to my shock!

I made the order at 2:10 and was canceled by your rider at 2:51. Considering that ordering, preparing and delivering all happened in just but 41 minutes, I am not convinced that your rider actually waited long enough for me to go down and pick up my order. As a matter of fact, our building's lobby guard recorded in his log book that your rider arrived at 2:49 pm.

So how can you say that he waited long enough when our guard recorded his arrival at 2:49pm and he canceled my order only 2 minutes after?

I am, again, very frustrated about this matter but in the interest of fairness, please process my refund already so I need not escalate this matter to the authorities.

I asked my boyfriend to order me MCDO ala king because I don't have a Foodpanda app. My boyfriend gives my number to the rider because I was the one to pick up the order. I keep on waiting for the rider to call but he didn't call my phone number instead he called my boyfriend's phone so, my boyfriend said that he should call my phone number because I was gonna pick it up. However, the rider didn't call me so I chatted with my boyfriend where is he at. My boyfriend said that the rider was at the chapel. Mind you, there are 3 chapels in our place. I went to the first chapel but no one there so I went to the second still no one so I run fast to the third chapel then gladly, the rider was there. I was waving and smiling at him. And he shouted saying "KANINA PA KO DITO DI NIYO NAMAN SINASAGOT TAWAG KO" I was shocked because I was just late for 3 fucking minutes and he never called my phone number.

I am disappointed.

I’ve ordered in Gotobox. My order was ice scrambled and amor flowers goto. And i said please add an quaileggs. The quail eggs additional fee was collected by the rider. The rider was collected 50 pesos from me. And when i checked my order it was only two pcs of quaileggs. I verify the price in the restaurant. And the price was only 15pesos for the additional fee. Please help me resolve this incident.

My order was suddenly cancelled seconds after the rider picked up the order. Its Christmas today and I was waiting for my order for 46mins when suddenly my order was cancelled after the rider picked up the order. I filed a refund request but the customer service told me they cannot refund it because I was not able to be contacted when in reality I did not receive a call/text nor a CHAT FROM THEIR APP! I placed 2 orders. 1 from Jollibee (the order that was cancelled) 1 from Chowking, I got the 2nd order with no problem why the first one was cancelled by you or your rider and not refund me? Idiots!
