I need to report to you that I have just encountered a very reckless and rude rider. The rider was crossing a zebra crossing towards Coco Palms side entrance but he wasn’t going into that Coco Palms entrance, as he went on riding. This was 25 Dec, 6.32pm.

Once he crosses the zebra crossing he was riding towards me, with no intention of avoiding. And he was obviously speeding. I avoided him and he when our path crossed he shouted ‘bodoh’ at me.

This is unfortunately not the first time I’m encountering unsafe and rude drivers from Food Panda at this area. And obviously I am not going to use your service anymore if your drivers are motivated by rewards and do not observe safe driving.

I need your help to locate this driver for me please. His behaviour needs to be condoned, otherwise this will be going to social media I’m afraid.

I wanted to take a picture but he drove off too quickly. As I said he was speeding.

There is this rider named Wilfredo Macahilig y Sajona who hit our side mirror and damaged it intentionally as he went by the left side of the road while on red light. The left side of the road is too narrow for his motorcycle yet he forced it, thus the damage to our vehicle. This happened around 4:30- 5:00pm in the afternoon of December 23, 2020. This happened at San Marcelino St. We tried to talk to him, I was able to see his LTO Driver’s license but it did not look legitimate, we tried looking for his foodpanda id yet he hastily drove away from us. As our initial action, we tried following him for us to make proper report to the local police station, yet when we reached him he, again, drove fast away from us. It was unfortunate that we were not able to follow him again, because of traffic situation. This kind of driver does not deserve to be working in your company doing delivery service, as he does not know the rules and regulations, so as his responsibilities, attached to driving on the road. Future worse and unfortunate events might happen if you will let this kind of person to work as a delivery guy for your company.

We are hoping for your positive and immediate action regarding this matter. Rest assured that proper authorities have been informed about this incident.

Placed an order today for delivery (Jollibee), information and instructions was included that upon arrival call the given contact number which is 09164208317 and look for Aiza Marie Paclipan. Instead this driver called one time for my mobile number not the number I provided. Before it was delivered I contacted customer support by the name Muhammid and he said that he updated this so I was expecting that this driver will follow what was instructed. Now it was canceled by the driver saying he can’t find our address. Just a reminder I’m ordering from US to be received by my wife in Philippines so the time it showed up was AM not PM.

I have 2 incident where ordered via card and until now I still didnt receive a refund. 1st incident was on Sept 28 - Oct 2 between that days it was a Jollibee spaghetti pan which was sold out but still it got deducted on my account the 2nd incident is where I ordered food worth 300+ and when I tap checkout the application errored and didnt process my order but still my debit card got deducted

I ordered my lunch at Kenny Rogers 12:32pm. After an hour food was not delivered. On my phone it said within 5 mins. Then foodpanda said I ought to have a nice day. No action made. Kenny Rogers didn’t even apologize to me. I hate you foodpanda!

RIDER COMPLAIN AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have an experience where the rider cannot locate my location even i have put the complete address, what i really don't want is the way the rider is talking to me via chat.

I ordered at foodpanda last oct 16, a cake for my baby’s month old celebration. I had a change of mind for the flavor so I reached out to CS of foodpanda and said that I needed to cancel my order and reorder, instead of having the customer service change it for me. I have doubted since it was paid via debit card but the app reassured it will be refunded asap. So i continued cancelling and did a reorder. Until now, my refund is not yet coming back on my account. I had several customer service complaints in the app and all they are saying is the same thing, that it usually takes 30-45 days and it depends on the bank whilst the food panda faq page says it only takes 5-7 days. It’s so absurd. I reached out to my bank and said they have nothing to do with that but food panda does. Please help me. I am so frustrated. This is not the only refund I am waiting. I have total of 3 refunds, amounting to P1300+. I cannot have this slip away.

I ordered them food cost 600 pesos and suddenly they cancelled my order and said the vendor was closed, I kept contacting th through email and other social media, they just keep answering automated messages and did not refund my money for almost 2 weeks now. Hi, I made an order on 10/19 and entered my Mastercard info, I placed an order amounting to P350.60, I was able to put the security code and The money was withdrawn by food panda but it gave me error message that the restaurant is alreadt closed. I ordered in Mcdonald’s project 8, paid the food and delivery charge thru my debit card. The rider got mad once he reached the destination. He said “the address we input is wrong, we have to pay 150 for another meter charge” he added, the addresss was pinned in “basic needs hardware” But this is the first time someone said out address is pinned in another address. I’m sure it’s our right address, it was set a long time ago and we ordered many times for this said address. He Charged us 150 pesos. I was so disappointed because this is supposed to be a surprise, but he get mad to the one who received the order.

Rude behavior. Impatient. Can't even wait for 8 minutes for the person to take the order. Always call on phone even I told him that the person to take the order lives in 2nd floor of the house. Don't know to address customer properly calling me "te". I even called him "po" and "sir".

"Mapapansin sa tawag na bastos at di makapghintay kahit sinabihan ko na pababa na yunh kukuha ng food. I'm from laguna and QC pa yung inorderan ko ng food. Bungad ba naman niya "ano?" And nakipagtitigan pa ng matagal bago ibigay yung food" porket bayad na yung order ganyan sya umasta at walang pasensya.
