Refund is taking longer than usual - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Philippines

I ordered at foodpanda last oct 16, a cake for my baby’s month old celebration. I had a change of mind for the flavor so I reached out to CS of foodpanda and said that I needed to cancel my order and reorder, instead of having the customer service change it for me. I have doubted since it was paid via debit card but the app reassured it will be refunded asap. So i continued cancelling and did a reorder. Until now, my refund is not yet coming back on my account. I had several customer service complaints in the app and all they are saying is the same thing, that it usually takes 30-45 days and it depends on the bank whilst the food panda faq page says it only takes 5-7 days. It’s so absurd. I reached out to my bank and said they have nothing to do with that but food panda does. Please help me. I am so frustrated. This is not the only refund I am waiting. I have total of 3 refunds, amounting to P1300+. I cannot have this slip away.
