I ordered in mcdo using food panda. They only delivered the drinks and 1 fries. Its been 3 days and we are only going back and fourth with the template email reply that i get. They even said they will call me but no one did. They said i wasn't replying but they replied on the email i sent them. I want to know how they came up with 114 pesos refund when my total was 372. Food panda is forcing me to pay for something i didnt even get. And i had to wait 45days for my money to be put back on my bank. This is all documented!

We ordered milk tea at CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice - Molito LifeStyle Center with order number #j1pj-49j0 here at West Parc Drive Muntinlupa City amounting to 169 pesos.. then when our orders were already delivered, this particular rude food panda delivery rider with contact number 09319303202 just immediately got rude for the reason that we didnt tell him that we need a change for our payment (500 pesos). He only gave us a 320 peso change making the latter 11 pesos short in exact, then just immediately run off and leave.
This is our first time experiencing this bad delivery service and since we are the buyer, they should expect that not all the time their buyers have exact money for their payments and them as delivery riders should always have a spare for a change.
In our part we're also aware that yes we dont actually informed the rider or the shop that we're not going to pay with the exact amount. But the way he spoke to us with regards to the situation is just so rude and not acceptable at all. He could have to talk to us nicely but he just run off and leave.
Hope this will be given an immediate action! Cause we as customers didnt deserve this kind of service.

My gosh. Since the app was launched at Lipa Batangas, I have downloaded and have been using it ever since. I have preached and preached to my friends about this frickin app. I even convinced them to subscribe to a PRO Account!
All because I was so pleased with how professional and awesome the riders and vendors were. BUT OH MY GOSH IS YOUR AFTERSALES A MESS!!!!!!
I DON'T EVEN CARE ANYMORE ABOUT THE WASTED FOOD AND MONEY! What irks me is how your aftersales team treated my case. How dare they end the chat/conversation without resolution! Thank goodness the rider was still very accommodating and helpful! OTHERWISE, YOU CAN EXPECT THIS COMPLAINT TO BE FILED ACROSS ALL CONCERNED GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
I have and loved the app because it's perfect for people like me who just don't have the time.
To the point where even if I have missing items on my order, or the delivery was late, or the packaging was horrible and had my food spill all over the place, I leave 5-star reviews and continue to use the app.
I don't mind if the delivery fee has gone up from the launch. I STILL PREACH ABOUT IT!
It's crazy to think that a food service/food delivery app is not well prepared or equipped with guidelines or alternatives for cases where its obvious location settings were at fault.
I was empathetic towards the rider and support team but no consideration for the inconvenience I experienced.
I placed my order via the app and have set my location to my office address. Even though it normally adjusts automatically, I did it anyway.
I got a prompt that my order was taking a while and that there's gonna be a delay. I didn't mind for as long as it came.
When I received the call from the rider, I asked him to leave my order at the school custodian since I paid thru GCash.
Then he said he was at my residential address. I WASH SHOCKED and checked my order to find that it was set to my residential address.
I expressed my sincerest apologies and asked if he could deliver it to my office. I would happily compensate him for his troubles even though I WAS SURE I MADE THE CHANGE ON LOCATION.
Sadly, due to the order-delivery process, the situation made it IMPOSSIBLE!
I reached out to your help center to get your so-called "quality service?"
I felt bad for the rider and just had him leave my order at our doorstep since the aftersales left us no other choice and even closed the conversation without resolution.

This happened twice. In fact, the first dispute was never refunded. I just had to use their services for convenience amidst the pandemic situation. It is very hard to reach them especially for complaints. A very frustrating experience for people who continue to strive and work hard just to be able to eat. In addition to that, they sent an auto-generated email saying that payment was refunded but it was not... on their app. It's showing debited from my bank acct but no credit given...

Order #s3vj-tojl. I placed an order for a friend and paid for it using my gcash. The rider sent me a messages and told me that the address was pinned wrong although I have entered the correct address in the app. He told me to just cancel the order because it would cost him too much gas even if the distance from the pickup location to the delivery address is only 15mins. A few minutes later, a representative called me and while I was explaining the situation, he interrupted me and asked "Do you just want to cancel the order?" I said yes since the rider was not willing to deliver the food anymore. He did not even explain to me that if I cancel the order I will not get a refund, should I have known I will insist on the rider to deliver it to my address instead. I tried to make an appeal by sending a complaint via email but they denied to give me the refund. I keep asking them what happened to the food that I ordered then? If the item was already with the rider and the rider insisted on canceling it, then why should it be at my expense? I never receive the order and no refund either? What kind of business is that. They can just steal your money just like that.

If i will not refund to this i will go to raffy tulfo in action so your food delivery will not continue to operate this is too much. I read a lot of reviews to all customers who didnt received their refund.
So better yet give my refund back.

I have experienced the most rude agent ever. They cancelled my order without even giving me a proper heads up. So I ordered it the second time since the restaurant is still open, cancelled again. So I contacted their chat support to ask why. Then this agent said that my order has been cancelled due to the "cash on delivery" is not allowed for my account due to previous cancellations. So I was disappointed and ask why was there no notification or anything, I was already waiting for the order since it said to wait for 20-30 minutes. They can't cancel an order just like that. If my account is not allowed for COD then why doesbit let me select the option and place the order?
The worst thing is that the agent just said to me "Cash on delivery is disabled on this account. Place a new order with online payment method." He ended the chat while I was still typing. Not a bit of empathy or anything. I work as a customer service representative. And this is not how you do it.
I have been a loyal customer since day 1. I am not trying to be karen or being entitled here. I just want to share my experience with a rude agent. Have a greay day!

I opened up several tickets but FoodPanda refuses to refund me for the amount. It may be a small amount but it is outright thievery if they will not return an amount paid for something not received.

I had previously ordered some liquid products from foodpanda. However, the way I received it was extremely unacceptable. I received it in a way such that the drinks’ packaging have holes and the jelly not being covered properly, resulting in a spillage. This greatly affects my experience, leading to a loss in appetite. The particular reason for this circumstance, I believe, is the way it was being positioned. Most of the products were being placed in a way such that its “lying down”. I sincerely hope that actions will be taken and that I will receive an explanation.
