RUDE AGENT - "SAAD KHAN" - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Philippines

I have experienced the most rude agent ever. They cancelled my order without even giving me a proper heads up. So I ordered it the second time since the restaurant is still open, cancelled again. So I contacted their chat support to ask why. Then this agent said that my order has been cancelled due to the "cash on delivery" is not allowed for my account due to previous cancellations. So I was disappointed and ask why was there no notification or anything, I was already waiting for the order since it said to wait for 20-30 minutes. They can't cancel an order just like that. If my account is not allowed for COD then why doesbit let me select the option and place the order?

The worst thing is that the agent just said to me "Cash on delivery is disabled on this account. Place a new order with online payment method." He ended the chat while I was still typing. Not a bit of empathy or anything. I work as a customer service representative. And this is not how you do it.

I have been a loyal customer since day 1. I am not trying to be karen or being entitled here. I just want to share my experience with a rude agent. Have a greay day!
