Misleading Photos - Consumer Complaint for Food Panda Philippines

I ordered Greenwich Barkada Bundle 999. Posted photo from Greenwich includes chicken but I only received 2 boxes of pizza and 3 meaty spaghetti. I already filed a complaint and help thru the app. but unfortunately, they can't grant me a refund because the caption on the said bundle chicken is not included. I checked the website of greenwich to verify. but there's a chicken included. I will never file a complaint if I never see the chicken included in the photo in your app. but please see provided photo below
