The rider told me to cancel the order, but wasnt able to do so since there is no way to cancel it on my end because the order has been picked up. However, I received an email saying that I will not get a refund because I initiated the refund which is I don't. Tried to ask assistance via chat and was told to WAIT for 60 mins cuz a relevant team will contact me, but I didn't hear anything. No calls nor email! This is so frustrating. I will post the convo online if this will not get resolved!
