I placed an order for two Wilkins Distilled Water 7L on May 6, 2021 and a couple more items from Pandamart - Las Piñas. The payment method was COD.
Upon rider's arrival, our helper paid the full amount but we noticed right away that we only received one Wilkins, instead of two.
We contacted the rider right away via the still open order and was informed that he only picked up one and we should just complain to Foodpanda for the missing bottle.
I opened up several tickets but FoodPanda refuses to refund me for the amount. It may be a small amount but it is outright thievery if they will not return an amount paid for something not received.
